Payment: Reservations made within 14 days of arrival date require a full deposit.
Payment: Reservations made more than 15 days in advance of arrival date will be held Payment: with a 50% deposit. Balance to be paid in full 14 days prior to arrival. Payment: We accept checks, Visa, Discover & American Express. If you pay by check, Payment: we do require a valid credit card number for our records. Cancellation Policy: If we receive a cancellation 15 days prior to the arrival date, we will refund the deposit less a $20. service fee (per apartment reserved). Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival date will be refunded, less the service fee per apartment, if a substitute rental is made covering the same dates. Our apartments are non-smoking. Guests are welcome to enjoy our decks and all 170 acres for smoking. **A $100 superclean fee will be charged if guests smoke indoors. We welcome children of all ages. Please bring cribs, plastic sheeting, etc. if necessary. Although we love animals, not everyone does, so we request that your pets stay home. |
